10 in 10 Challenge

This summer, we're taking on the 10 in 10 Challenge in the stunning Lake District! We'll tackle a 26 km hike, aiming to complete it in under 10 hours. The route includes Causey Pike, Sail, Crag Hill, Wandope, Whiteless Pike, High Snockrigg, Robinson, Dale Head, High Spy, and Maiden Moor.

Schedule:

- Departure: Leave the gym at 6:00 PM on Friday, 18th July

- Arrival & Camp Setup: Newlands Valley Campsite by 8:30 PM

- Hike Start: 7:00 AM on Saturday, 19th July from the campsite

- Expected Finish: By 5:00 PM before heading back to Liverpool

What to Bring:

- Walking boots

- Change of clothes (socks mainly)

- Waterproof jacket and trousers

- Warm jacket

- Rucksack for food, fluids, and clothes

- Gloves and a warm hat

- Sun lotion and sunglasses

- Walking poles

- Food and water for Friday evening and Saturday

- Camping gear
