Our Recovery Suite offers you the choice of a traditional Swedish sauna, 2 infrared saunas, 2 ice baths (5°C & 10°C) and our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber (HBOT). Our Recovery Suite has been used by multiple world class athletes - We only want the best for our members. Your training is only as good as your recovery.
